Dipsizgöl Waterfall in the Doğanşar district of Sivas has officially become a nature park. Kadir Çokçetin, the General Director of Nature Conservation and National Parks, shared this exciting news on social media.
He stated, “The 41.31-hectare area offers a rich forest ecosystem, unique landscapes, and impressive geological formations. This region has great potential for nature tourism. We wish the best for Doğanşar, a district known for its natural and historical treasures.”
Dipsizgöl Waterfall enchants visitors with its beauty and stunning views. In winter, the frozen icicles create a magical scene. In summer, the lush greenery transforms the waterfall into a breathtaking sight. This destination is a must-visit for nature lovers throughout the year.
Located 82 km from Sivas and just 16 km from Doğanşar, Dipsizgöl forms as excess water cascades down from the lake, falling about 50 meters. The surrounding greenery, the sound of the waterfall, and the cool waters create a peaceful atmosphere. In winter, the frozen icicles add a mystical touch.
