Uludağ is known as the highest mountain in the Marmara Region, with a peak reaching 2,543 meters, making it one of Türkiye’s key winter sports centers. Its proximity to Bursa attracts significant interest from both domestic and international tourists.

Beyond its natural beauty, Uludağ is also notable for its historical and cultural richness. In ancient times, the mountain was referred to as “Olympos” and was believed to be the dwelling place of the gods in mythology. The summit of Uludağ, known as Keşiş Tepe, is a testament to this belief.
